It’s always an epic effort getting the Paddock Pursuit organised, but on Sunday we were all in position and ready to go. It was great to see the sun shining and by the time of kick off we had over 500 adult and child participants eager to get wet and muddy!
It’s impossible to organise any event like the Pursuit without the willingness of volunteers and community members to put their hand up and play their part. So to all of our helpers and marshals a huge thank you for your time in making our event fantastic. (Click on photo to see them in full size)
The other aspect of the Pursuit is the generosity of our sponsors who provide prizes, materials and assistance to ensure the event is fun for everyone. Many thanks go to:
Cycle World Dunedin and congratulations to Lucas Fleury on winning the bike. Sport Otago, Portobello Deli – Allan Cameron, Portobello Fire Brigade, Steve Clearwater Contracting, Toll Transport, Brian McGrouther, Portobello Motels, Wals Funland, Larnach Castle, Bay Cafe, Inflatable World, Moana Pool, Leap, Discovery World, Mega Zone, Reading Cinema, Penguin Cafe, Dream Beauty Therapy, Kensington Clubhouse, Cadburys, West Shell. Tuapeka Print, Otago University, Royal Albatross Centre, Penguin Place, Derek Kneebone Foundation, Magic Kids Club, Natures Wonders
